Library Kits

We love to get people curious. That's what our Library Kits are all about: encouraging learning and leadership through play in schools, libraries and homes across BC. 

KEVA Kits

KEVA Kits are available for anyone with a library card to check out. KEVA planks help learners experience the fun of science, technology, engineering and math. The kits are being promoted to teachers to use in their classrooms, too. Each kit includes 500 KEVA planks, building instructions and activity suggestions. Keva Kits can be found at the following libraries:

Tech-Up Library Kits

The Tech-Up Library Kits, developed by Science World in consultation with teachers and teacher-librarians from the Vancouver School Board, provide students in grades K–7 with activities for coding, computational thinking and other digital skills. Tech-Up Kits can be found in the following public library systems:

Tech-Up Kits are also in several school libraries in North Vancouver, New Westminster and Vancouver. 

Tech-Up Library Kits are part of Tech-Up, Science World's initiative to enhance existing programs to include coding and computational thinking.
