Description: 

In this workshop your students will be introduced to basic materials that can be used to make a gravity-powered marble machine. Working in small groups, they will be encouraged to design-build-test-repeat, using the materials to create a slow and interesting path for a marble or a finishing point of their own choosing. The workshop leader will offer challenges and prompts appropriate to the experience level of each group.
